Future Keepers and sharing
What is a Future Keeper?
A Future Keeper is someone you identify as the person you intend to receive a Keepsake.
Does assigning a Future Keeper legally transfer an item?
No. It records your wishes and does not replace a will, trust or other legal document. Coordinate important wishes with your estate-planning professional.
Can I change a Future Keeper later?
Yes. You can update the information as your plans change.
Insurance and estate organization
Can My Keepsaker help with a home inventory for insurance?
Yes. My Keepsaker can help organize photographs, possession details, values, receipts, appraisals and policy information. Your insurer determines documentation and coverage requirements.
Can My Keepsaker replace a will or estate plan?
No. My Keepsaker is an organizational tool, not a law firm or legal document. Work with a qualified attorney for estate-planning decisions.
